iCanQuit (India) is free app made for people in India to help them quit smoking. You’ll get step-by-step help on quitting, tools to deal with urges to smoke, help staying motivated, and a chance to ask your own questions. It helps you to set goals, offers support when you need it, teaches you skills to cope with cravings, and helps you recover from slips. With iCanQuit, you have easy 24/7 access to quitting help right in your hand. You can quit on your own, just with your phone.
The iCanQuit (India) app was made by Dr. Jonathan Bricker and his team at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. iCanQuit was originally developed and tested in a large research trial in the United States, with over 2500 adults.
