What has often been missing is the sustained, coordinated investment to bring them to the people who need them most — and that is precisely the work CHIP Foundation was built to do.
Our core philosophy is that structural inequities should never dictate human survival. Good health must not depend on commercial leverage or geographic chance. Founded by Prof. Ravi Mehrotra — former Director of the ICMR–National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research, India’s apex institution for cancer prevention science — CHIP positions itself at the vital intersection of international clinical research, national policy formulation, and grassroots implementation. Every initiative is measurable, independently audited, and directly aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 and India’s sovereign healthcare priorities.
